Alexander Strauch was raised in New Jersey and converted to Christ at a Bible camp in New York State. He received his undergraduate degree from Colorado Christian University and went on to earn his Master's in Divinity degree from Denver Seminary. For over forty years he has served as an elder at Littleton Bible Chapel near Denver, Colorado. He has taught philosophy and New Testament literature at Colorado Christian University and is a keynote speaker each year at Emmaus Bible College’s Iron Sharpens Iron conference. A gifted Bible teacher and speaker, Mr. Strauch has taught in more than 25 countries and has helped thousands of churches worldwide through his expository writing ministry. With more than 200,000 copies in print, Alexander is best known as the author of Biblical Eldership, which has been translated into more than 20 languages.

Dr. Smith, a native of Graham, N.C., graduated in 1972 from UNC, Chapel Hill, and from Westminster Theological Seminary in 1977. From 1977 - 1984 he served as youth pastor for several south-eastern Presbyterian churches, and in 1981 Scotty helped Cortez Cooper plant Christ Presbyterian Church in Nashville. In 1986 Scotty was sent out as the planting pastor for Christ Community Church (CCC) in Franklin, Tennessee. Scotty served CCC as Senior Pastor for his first twenty years and has seen its membership grow to over three thousand. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Covenant Theological Seminary and teaches at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando. He has written five books: Unveiled Hope, with Michael Card; Speechless, with Steven Curtis Chapman; Objects of His Affection; and his latest two, The Reign of Grace and Restoring Broken Things, with Steven Curtis Chapman.

Dr. Azurdia serves as Associate Professor of Pastoral and Church Ministry, and Program Director of the Doctor of Ministry program for Western Seminary. He is also a founding elder of Trinity Church in Portland, Oregon, and the founder of the Spurgeon Fellowship. Dr. Azurdia is an M.A. graduate of Simpson College, earned the Master of Divinity from American Baptist Seminary of the West, and the Doctor of Ministry from Westminster Theological Seminary. He is the author of Spirit Empowered Preaching and the newly published Spirit Empowered Mission: Aligning the Church's Mission with the Mission of Jesus.
